For returns, there is 20% restocking fee. Returns must be in the original packaging. No refund for all sales after 30 days of receipt. For defective products returns or replacements, buyers must contact seller within 10 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of products. All products found not defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the buyer wants a refund. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping costs from Gadspot back to the buyer. Compatibility is not guaranteed. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective products returns. This includes, but not limited to, problems with: compatibility, driver / software conflicts, improper installations, etc. For exchanges or returns due to buying a wrong product, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. No exception. GadSpot does not offer “Upgrades” or “Trade-Ins” from older product models to current product models. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please follow the steps to file an RMA number. 1. Log in to your GadSpot account at www.gadspot.com 2. Move the mouse to the “Customer Service” drop down menu above the banner. 3. Click on “Order Status/History” to access the order history. 4. Click on the “Request RMA” link next to the order number. 5. Press “Submit” after filling out all the required information. The GadSpot support team will contact you within 3 business days after reviewing the RMA submission. GadSpot currently does not offer advanced replacement, and we must receive the returned items for inspection. GadSpot does not offer loaner equipment while the products are in service.
